Global Gap Year Abroad

Volunteer your way around the world on our epic Global Gap group trip

Join us on our Global Gap Year programme! This organised group trip is designed for students taking some time out before, during or shortly after university.  It is Projects Abroad's most comprehensive programme available.

Over the course of 28 weeks, you will circle the globe, travelling to six countries across three continents, with a group of like-minded individuals. We provide 24/7 staff support in each country and take care of all the details from excursions to gap year volunteer programmes. All you need to do is focus on the experience!

The programme begins in September and concludes in March.  You'll have some independent travel time over the winter holiday and while travelling from one continent to another. You can explore the region more extensively, go on an independent trip or even take time to visit friends and family.
